Lexxy Terms of Service 

Effective Date: October 2, 2025 

Welcome to Lexxy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lexxy’s services, mobile applications, websites, and related products (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Lexxy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. 

 

1. About Lexxy 

Lexxy is a communications app powered by artificial intelligence (AI). It helps users refine their written and spoken communication by analyzing input, generating suggested rewrites, and providing feedback based on memory, context, and personalized voice patterns. 

 

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use Lexxy. If you are under eighteen (18), you may only use Lexxy under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us. 

 

3. User Accounts 

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Lexxy immediately at support@lexxy.ai. 

 

4. Use of the Service 

You agree not to: 

  • Use Lexxy to create or transmit unlawful, harassing, hateful, or misleading content. 
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or software. 
  • Misrepresent Lexxy’s outputs as official, certified, or guaranteed advice. 
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its infrastructure. 

 

5. AI Disclaimer 

Lexxy uses AI models, including third-party technologies, to generate insights, rewrites, and suggestions. While we aim to support authentic communication, Lexxy cannot guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of outputs. You remain solely responsible for how you choose to use Lexxy’s suggestions. 

 

6. Payments & Subscriptions 

Lexxy operates on a paid subscription basis. Fees and billing terms will be disclosed at sign-up. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Refunds may be granted only where required by applicable law. 

 

7. Intellectual Property 

You retain ownership of your personal content and communications. By using Lexxy, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service. Lexxy retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, models, software, and related technologies. 

 

8. Referrals and Promotions 

Lexxy may offer referral programs or promotions. By participating, you agree that Lexxy may process limited personal data (such as your name and email) to administer these programs. You may opt out of marketing or referral communications at any time. 

 

9. Termination 

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and stored content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to make required payments. 

 

 

 

9A. Account Deletion Policy 

You may delete your Lexxy account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. 

1. How to Delete Your Account 

A. In-App Deletion 

  1. Open Lexxy. 
  2. Click on your Profile icon on top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. 

B. Email Request 
If you cannot access your account, email support@lexxy.ai with: 

  • Your full name 
  • The email associated with your Lexxy account 
  • A clear request for permanent deletion 

Lexxy may require additional verification for security. 

2. What Happens After You Delete Your Account 

Immediately: 

  • Your access to Lexxy ends. 
  • Your subscription is canceled. 
  • Your communication data, voice history, insights, writing inputs, analytics, and stored content are flagged for deletion. 

Within 30 Days: 

  • Your data is deleted from active systems. 
  • Backup data is purged according to retention protocols. 
  • A confirmation email is sent upon completion. 

3. Subscription & Billing 

  • Account deletion cancels your subscription. 
  • No further billing occurs. 
  • Refunds are issued only if legally required. 
  • If purchased via Apple or Google, cancellation must also occur through the respective app store. 

4. Data Retention 

Lexxy may retain limited information for legal, regulatory, and fraud-prevention reasons, including: 

  • Billing records 
  • Security logs 
  • Compliance-required documentation 

This data will not be used for personalization or analytics. 

5. Irreversibility 

Deleted accounts and data cannot be restored. You must create a new account to use Lexxy again. 

 

10. Limitation of Liability 

Lexxy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexxy disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated suggestions. In no event shall Lexxy’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 

 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
