LEXXY TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Lexxy 

Lexxy is designed to help you communicate with clarity, credibility, and intention, especially in moments that matter. 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lexxy’s applications, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using Lexxy, you agree to these Terms. 

 

1. What Lexxy Does 

Lexxy is an AI-powered communication and insight platform. 

When you use Lexxy, it: 

  • Analyzes your written or spoken input 
  • Identifies patterns such as tone, structure, and communication tendencies 
  • Provides suggestions, rewrites, and insights to help you communicate more effectively 

This may include identifying behavioral patterns in communication over time. 

Lexxy supports your judgment, it does not replace it. 

 

2. Who Can Use Lexxy 

You must be at least 16 years old to use Lexxy. 

If you are under 18, you may only use Lexxy with supervision from a parent or guardian. 

 

3. Your Account 

You are responsible for: 

  • Providing accurate information 
  • Keeping your login details secure 
  • All activity under your account 

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@lexxy.ai. 

 

4. Using Lexxy Responsibly 

You agree not to use Lexxy to: 

  • Create harmful, misleading, or unlawful content 
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the platform 
  • Present AI-generated outputs as guaranteed or certified advice 

You also agree: 

  • Not to upload sensitive or regulated information (including health, financial, or confidential third-party data) unless you have the legal right to do so 
  • Not to rely on Lexxy for legal, medical, financial, or employment decisions without independent judgment 

 

5. AI and How It Works 

Lexxy uses artificial intelligence technologies, including services provided by OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google (Gemini). 

AI outputs: 

  • Are generated based on patterns 
  • May not always be accurate or complete 
  • May not reflect your full intent or the expectations of your audience 

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use Lexxy’s suggestions. 

Lexxy does not make decisions on your behalf. 

 

6. Third-Party AI Services 

To generate outputs, Lexxy may process your inputs using trusted third-party providers such as OpenAI and Google. 

These providers operate under their own privacy policies, and Lexxy does not control their independent data practices beyond contractual safeguards. 

 

7. Email & Communication Integrations 

Lexxy may allow you to connect external communication platforms (such as email) to help you understand how you communicate across relationships. 

When enabled, Lexxy may: 

  • Analyze communication patterns 
  • Provide insights into tone, responsiveness, and interaction dynamics 


Your Responsibilities 

By enabling these features, you represent and warrant that: 

  • You have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to grant access to such communications 
  • Your use complies with applicable laws, contracts, and workplace policies 
  • You will not provide access to information you are not authorized to share 


Third-Party Communications 

You acknowledge that these communications may include information relating to individuals who are not users of Lexxy. 

Lexxy processes such information solely at your direction to provide insights and functionality. Lexxy does not independently verify your rights to share such information. 

 

8. Subscriptions & Billing 

Lexxy operates on a subscription basis. 

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal 
  • Pricing and billing terms are disclosed at purchase 

Managing Your Subscription 

  • Direct subscriptions (Lexxy/Stripe): 
    Manage via your account or contact support 
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: 
    Must be managed through the respective platform 

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. 
You will retain access until that time. 

 

9. Billing & Renewals 

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. 

If payment fails: 

  • We may retry the charge 
  • We may suspend access until resolved 

We may update pricing with reasonable notice. 

 

10. Refunds 

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law 
  • No refunds for unused time 

If you subscribed via Apple or Google, their refund policies apply. 

 

11. Ownership 

You own your content. 

By using Lexxy, you grant us permission to process your inputs to provide the Service. 

Lexxy owns its platform, models, and technology. 

 

12. Account Deletion 

You may delete your account at any time. 

When you delete your account: 

  • Access ends immediately 
  • Your subscription will not renew 
  • Your data is scheduled for deletion 

Billing After Deletion 

  • You will not be charged again after cancellation 
  • You will retain access until the end of your billing period 
  • Charges already processed are not refunded unless required by law 

If purchased via Apple or Google, cancellation must be completed through those platforms. 

 

13. Service Availability 

We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. 

Some functionality depends on third-party providers. 

 

14. Limitation of Liability 

Lexxy is provided “as is.” 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexxy is not responsible for: 

  • Decisions made using AI-generated outputs 
  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity 
  • Reputational or professional impact 

Lexxy shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your provision of third-party communications or your failure to obtain appropriate permissions. 

 

15. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. 
Disputes will be resolved in Orange County, Florida.
